IEEE RGIT, the biggest technical committee, organized an education fair in association with Imperial Overseas Education Consultants. The education fair was conducted on the 25th of September, 2020 from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM on the Hellouni Online Platform.

The event was conducted in the presence of 60 delegates from universities in USA, Australia, etc. These delegates represented various universities like University of Texas at Arlington, University of Colorado Denver, Pace University, University of Illinois, Clemson University, Binghamton University, University of Massachusetts Lowell, University of Illinois at Chicago, Arizona State University, etc.

Prospective students were given with an opportunity to interact one-on-one with these delegates and get a proper and deep insight into the courses, fee structures, education loans, campus lives, etc. in their respective universities abroad. These students downloaded brochures, information guides and also had a chat with the delegates.

This education fair was divided into four sections. The first section consisted of registration for the fair, login of the students and entry onto the Hellouni Online Platform. The next section was where the students were briefed and pre-counselled about the courses of their interest and the education loans. Participants then were asked to book a slot of 15 minutes for the universities of their interest. They also provided information about how to apply for education loans and briefly explained procedure for it.

In the next section, the students were guided by volunteers from IEEE to the respective rooms of the universities of their interest. The edufair came to an end with very last section i.e. post- counselling where participants were given detailed information about their universities like (fee structure, scholarship). It was an informative session.
